The Africa dining table by Afra and Tobia Scarpa for Maxalto is a rare piece, with a square shape that sets it apart from most other versions of the table, which are typically round or oval. Part of the Artona series, this table is meant to be paired with the Africa dining chairs or Monk chairs, also designed by Afra and Tobia Scarpa. The table boasts a walnut frame with ebony accents, and its top is made of red burl wood with walnut wood contours, accented with ebony. This stylish design dates back to 1975 and was produced by Maxalto, a division of B&B Italia known for its specialty furniture pieces.

In good vintage condition. There are signs of scratches to the edges of the table top.
