Maximum mobility was the credo of the Swiss designers Franz Hero and Karl Odermatt of Team Form AG when they created the original Trio upholstered furniture in 1973. Its relaxed, lounge-like landscapes formed a striking counterpoint to the hard armrests and rigid backs typical of the era. With just three simple elements - stool, backrest, and corner backrest - Trio opened up an almost endless array of configuration possibilities. Even 50 years on, this quick-change artist remains true to its spirit: consistently versatile.

Offered here in very good condition, the set is upholstered in Cape mohair fabric in “Almond.” It consists of five elements and five backrests, and retains its original Cor legs and bottom fabrics.
